Just saw a book i may get my son for christmas, about sportsman’s park, in st louis ,from 1940-1964. That’s the one that Busch I replaced, over on Grand & Dodier. It’s a herbert hoover boy’s club now, i think.

I never got to go to the park to see a ballgame, i wish i had…:-(

Anyway, it looks like an interesting coffee table book.

Remember, the yankees played  in the world series there , against the cardinals, and the red sox too.

So we’re talking dimaggio, williams, whiteyford, berra, mantle, not too mention, our own stan the man!
