@tyburr re:cord cutting. No mention of YouTube TV? I pay $35/month for locals, lots of movie channels, including turner, cable news, tons of sports, and unlimited storage. And charter internet is $45/month. No landline, but there are tons of voip solutions for cheap.

Ocho Rios is a fine little coastal town…. But the people haranguing you for every minute are a hassle. I get it Nassua was the same. All poor port towns will be. Doesn’t make it any more pleasant.

Met some good peeps already, Lou, Jin, John, and Brandon… Did music trivia and had lots of fun. Did ok, but one table got 18/20! Not across the way i he Rolling Stone lounge having a drink, and listinlening to some nice rock and roll covers….
