What the dot cop should have done is pull the man over, then call either a sheriff or state trooper to take it from there. He chose not to, willfully overstepping his authority. This was a surprising, but very good ruling.

I'd rather watch a debate among ppl who have done their homework on legit differences in understanding the 14th amendment's jurisdiction clause.

But getting unironically lectured about the constitutionality of a hypothetical immigration EO by DACA boosters is way more 2018.
